Between 2012 and 2013, we provided an international expert interim management team to the Saudi Railways Organisation including a Chief Operating Officer. He was responsible for identifying operational & associated functional issues and then leading the implementation of all changes to train operations. Additionally, we developed a 60 task programme of infrastructure, rolling stock, process and performance, signaling and communication and operational improvements that once delivered would serve as a modernisation programme for this business.
