To develop the Vision 2030 programme, most Government departments and agencies have created a Vision Realisation Office. A crucial part of Vision 2030 is to measure national output, efficiency and effectiveness and many sectors of the Government and economy have been required to quantify their input and output and achieve particular targets.

In our work we led the periodic performance measurement programme including identifying what is to be measured (including  auditing the data for consistency) and reviewed the effectiveness of internal processes by applying simple mapping techniques & identifying opportunities for improvement. We communicated MOMRA’s centralised key performance indicators within the Eastern Province management team and advised on their practical implementation and developed a balanced scorecard to review the overall effectiveness of the Municipality
