Former MD of a UK based ports grouping comprising of 7 ports and 2 offshore terminals. Experienced in all aspects of port operations including cargo handling and marine management. Alan was involved in national dock labour reform in the UK which was a pre-cursor for UK port privatisation in the 90’s. He was involved in the acquisition of several ports in Scotland & London
