She has worked in the healthcare industry across the EU and the GCC and is the former CEO of a charitable Mental Health foundation. As a provider COO Sarah Jane has expertise in all aspects of operating a major hospital facility, including staff management, budget management, and performance improvement. She has delivered several key reforms and modernisation programmes and has also overseen the achievement of JCI accreditation for an Academic Medical Center.
