Improving train performance and investment programme management capabilities

We helped the Saudi Railways Organisation improve its abilities in these areas between 2013 & 2016. We embedded our experts within the management organisation and we able to bring about improvement in many areas including: Identification and allocation of train delays, establishing train performance management systems and processes and structuring programme controls for a major network enhancement programme enabling swifter, more efficient and safer delivery of the work programme
